in the rules it says you have to be admin of the site to post there...what if you are junior admin? does that still count? or do you have to own the site?

Even I almost took what Seppy said the wrong way for a minute.. I don't know if you understood, but he meant she's free to join.. but not for her to create duplicate threads about the forum.
